Number of hints that Phyllis & Ed are ready for grandkids: more than I care to mention
Judith's current level of obsession with Lyle: orange
Teddy is hanging out with my folks in Lutz - apparently having the time of his life. Jack is at home being cared for by our 9 year old neighbor (hopefully). More to come.
Sunday - 11am: Abigail confronted Adam about Teddy! I knew she was pissed at us on Saturday morning after Ted spent the whole night chasing Jack and PIERCING every atom in the house with his barking. In all fairness, I was up all night and he really thought he was protecting me. He was just confused. Anyway, the highlight of the conversation was when she told Adam we should buy her a sound machine! Hilarious. Ad and I want to know if they have sound machines that make kitchen remodeling noises, since that seems to be her thing.
Sunday - 1pm: Do you have any Sprite?
Monday - 1:37pm: I have some enormous yummy strawberries just wasting away in my fridge. Wanna blend them into something? And I've got a million things to do. Want to help me procrastinate by walking?
This was my view from the stairs this morning. Can you believe this dog?! He's not allowed on the sofa! For those of you who haven't me Ted in person and are having a hard time getting a handle on his size, you should know that the sofa is a full-sized couch - not a love seat. At least he's drooling on a blanket and not the couch itself. Oyvey. The sad part is, I told him to get down a few times - but I was smiling so big the whole time, there was no way he was going to listen. I wound up spooning him. I'm so weak.
That being said...Sandy can tell you the story about the dry cleaners that I wanted to sue a few years ago...Rather than sue, I swore I'd never go back to them...but thanks to a miscommunication with Sandy, I ended up taking some shirts to them yesterday and sure enough, I'm wearing one of the shirts I got back as I type this and it is still dirty!
And don't get Sandy started on minimum charges for credit cards at dry cleaners...
